Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at G.zahav.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order processing time

 All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days except in the following cases: 

• An item that is made to order generally takes up to 30 days to make in our studio
• sizing a ring to size generally takes up to 3 extra days 

• In a case of a Custom order, a shipping estimate will be given specifically to each order

 If you want your order by a certain date, please let us know by email so we can organize it for you.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All our orders will be shipped door to door.
We also provide in-store pickup on all our online orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

G.zahav (Gizat Ha’zahv) is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your order by local regulations in your country.
Therefore, the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the import of their items.

Damages

All shipments are fully insured. 
please let us know of any problem while also contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim.
please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
