If you are dissatisfied with your purchase,
you may exchange or return an item to us for up to 14 days of receipt of shipment.

with the full purchase details and we will assist you with placing an exchanged item order or refund.
The jewelry must be returned to us in a new and unused condition,
in the original packaging, and in excellent condition to ensure maximum credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If all is well, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
